Modern Serenity is a bright, three-bedroom townhome at Southbay by the Gulf, one of the few Destin communities with its own private stretch of beach. It is made for families and small groups who want room to spread out and the sand just a short walk away.
Spend the morning on the beach, the afternoon at one of the two community pools, and the evening on your own patio. A boardwalk over the lagoon leads toward the Gulf, and the tennis and pickleball courts are right in the community.

Christian's place was very well taken care of and in a great location, more than worth the money for everything we got, anything is near the location and easy to get to, I would definitely stay in this location again, don't have one negative thing to say about his place.
This place is beautiful and clean. The beach is close by the house. Christian is very kindly and responsive. We could only stay 1 day for this trip but it was a great time. We’ll definitely be back and hopefully stay longer.
